12.Keep any dietary changes simple
As we saw above, any drastic reductions you make in your calorie intake may simply lead to a drop in your metabolism which won’t help you to lose weight in the long run. While some people do succeed in fast and dramatic weightloss through dramatic changes in their calorie intake, most people will be better suited to a slight decrease
(100-200 calories per day) in the expectation of achieving a slow reduction of rate over the long-term.
Try to make cuts where you won’t miss it - rather than depriving yourself of foods that you love.
